Terrible hotel! Very rude staff, parking is insanely overpriced and takes forever to check in or out, and hotel is fairly dirty and noisy. Many better options within the area. Never staying here again.

Hotel staff that i encountered were professional. However my hotel experience was less than desired. The room that i was assigned to was right next to the pool so as soon as it opened im the am you could hear children yelling which interrupted our sleep. My other issues were that valet parking is required with no choice to self park however there were nights where they ran out of valet parking forcing people to park elsewhere this is an unfair policy. Our guest room also had white patches on the back of the bed which I can only assume is mold. Lastly upon booking this stay on my Wyndham rewards app I was shown a price for the stay with fees that was almost $60 over what i should have paid with added valet fees.

If you are thinking about booking this place, DON’T. I am not a picky person but this hotel was an awful choice. You think you are going to get an enjoyable stay for cheap but it’s all a lie. Parking is VALET ONLY which costs $45 dollars a night!!! Sometimes they even run out of room so you have to park in other garages nearby for a fee. They also added extra charges they did not share would be added in the booking process. The moment we walked into our hotel room we went in the bathroom and there was a cockroach in the bathtub, They also don’t do room service for you unless you are there for more than 3 days!! The only thing more disgusting than the cockroach we saw was their service, especially in the restaurant and Starbucks. Overall just rude behavior, it took more than 3 hours for a simple meal for two. The waiter was on his phone not checking in with the guests and simply asking for a spoon meant waiting for 30 minutes for them to bring to the table. This place was awful, please don’t stay here, that’s all I can really say.

PLEASE DON’T EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! My dad stayed at this hotel because of a convention and got robbed in the hotel room! He left at 7 pm for dinner and when he got back at around 10 pm, he found everything he had on his carry on on the floor and his IPad, perfume, deodorant, personal bag, pen and souvenirs were gone. He filed his complaint at the front desk, but apparently the hotel “has no cameras”, so “they weren’t able to find out who got in his room”!! My dad stayed there for 2 more days and never got an answer!!! Be careful if you are tourists or there for business!!!

Service is below average and breakfast also regarding the price. check out is terrible: no information and you are charged without seeing the final bill! Never seen that berore. Hostess at check out is not sympatic at all and not listening to the client.
